Custom Rubber Parts
Captain O-Ring LLC is capable of producing virtually any molded rubber part. While many companies upcharge for mold fees, Captain O-Ring has always produced molds at cost to ensure our customers the absolute best value. Captain O-Ring LLC offers low minimums on incredibly economical custom rubber parts molding.
Materials:
Captain O-Ring can produce rubber parts from many materials, including by not limited to:
Natural Rubber, Buna Nitrile (NBR, Buna-N), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Fluorocarbon (FKM, Viton), Silicone (VMQ), Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Neoprene (CR, Polychloroprene), and more!
Drawings:
For simple parts, a basic hand drawing with labeled dimensions can be converted by Captain O-Ring into a technical drawing in which a mold can be produced. We can also accept CAD drawings in all major file formats.
Lead Times:
Lead times are generally 1-2 weeks to prepare the new custom mold, and 4-5 weeks to produce the parts.
Custom Plastic Parts

Captain O-Ring LLC offers low minimums on incredibly economical custom plastic parts manufacturing.

Captain O-Ring can produce plastic parts from many materials, including but not limited to:
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Acetal (POM), Nylon (Polyamide), Polycarbonate (PC, High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene (UHMW), Acrylic (PMMA), Polypropylene (PP), Polyphenylene Oxide (PPO), PTFE (Teflon), and more!
Lead Times:
Typical lead times to produce custom parts are 1-2 weeks to open a mold (if needed for molded parts) and 4-5 weeks to produce the parts.
Custom Metal Parts
Captain O-Ring LLC can produce virtually any part from Aluminum, Brass, and other metal materials. We use CNC technology to produce precision parts at reasonable minimums. Captain O-Ring can produce aluminum hardware in standard sizes, as well as completely custom parts. We can accept CAD drawings in all major formats. Color anodized finishes are available on Aluminum parts.
