All products, with few exclusions (below), can be returned to Captain O-Ring
Personalized or private labeled items can not be returned.
Items that specifically state they are non-returnable on their product page/description can not be returned.
When must items be returned by?
Captain O-Ring offers a 30 day money back return period for any reason (for items that aren't mentioned in the exclusions above). We also warranty our products to be free of defect. If a defect is found in a product within one year of ordering, Captain O-Ring will replace those parts at no cost to the buyer (replacement includes shipping cost for US customers, but excludes shipping cost for international customers).
Where do the items need to be returned to?
All returns will ship to Captain O-Ring's location. This address will be provided to the customer upon notification that an item will be returned.
How do customers return items?
To return an item, a customer can contact Captain O-Ring by way of phone or email to start the return process.
Shipping of Returns
In the event that a customer returns an item within 30 days for any reason other than a defective item, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Captain O-Ring.
Credit/Refund for Returns
When an item is returned, the customer will be offered a refund in the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for a comparable item.
The return value will be equal to the original item purchase amount, excluding the shipping amount paid by the customer (or the actual outbound shipping cost if the order had a free shipping promo applied).
Returns valued over $50 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds are generally issued within 1-2 business days of receiving the new/unused return back.
Return Item Packaging & Condition
In order for Captain O-Ring to process a return, the item must arrive at Captain O-Ring's facility in the original packaging and in new condition.
