What do we ship?

All of Captain O-Ring's products shown for sale on this website are available for shipping.


When do we ship?

Orders are shipped within one business day.  Business days include all days, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays and any day which the United States Postal Service is not offering mail/package services.  In the rare event that an order can not ship within the allotted time frame, Captain O-Ring will contact the customer in regards to the delay.


Where do we ship?

Captain O-Ring ships items on a global basis, limited only by the number of countries in which our shipping carriers deliver.  If you do not see your country in our delivery address list, please contact us for a shipping quote.


International Shipping

All international orders (including Canada) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Captain O-Ring cannot control these charges and is not responsible for any additional fees. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.


How do we ship?

Captain O-Ring ships orders by the methods offered by the United States Postal Service through services including, but not limited to Ground Advantage (formerly First Class), Priority Mail, and Express Mail.  We reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers for an equal or better service level without prior notice. For example, if USPS Priority is selected at checkout, we may opt to ship via UPS Ground or UPS 3-Day if the estimated delivery timeframe remains similar or improved.


Rates to ship

Shipping rates for all orders can be determined during checkout by the customer.  If you feel that the rate was calculated in error, please contact us regarding the rate in question.


How to track an order that has been shipped

Shipping confirmation emails containing tracking numbers/links are sent to customers automatically when their shipping label is created.  If you do not receive a tracking update, please check your spam folder.  If you still are unable to find your tracking info, please contact us and we can manually send your tracking info.


Recycling of packing materials

Captain O-Ring makes every effort to use recycled materials in shipping and packing materials.
