Unlike others, these seals are constructed of an upgraded synthetic rubber and are compatible with all common fuels; as well as ethanol, fuel stabilizers, fuel/diesel additives, 2-stroke oils, and more. If the seals that came with your gas can were destroyed by the now common 10-15% ethanol gasoline or by gas/diesel with fuel stabilizer/additive, then these are the seals to use as replacement.
